    • Web

Core services, and any requirement beyond them.

The services we deliver most often, each with a defined scope, stated deliverables and a priced engagement. Any other application or product is scoped against its requirement.

  • Mobile apps

Android and iOS apps, native or on a shared codebase where the product and the team justify one.

  • Games

Casual and children’s games, from playable prototype through store submission and live operations.

  • Web platforms

Dashboards, product sites and the data layers behind them, built to perform on a mid-range phone.

  • Desktop software

Windows, macOS and Linux applications for workflows that do not belong in a browser.

  • Applied AI

On-device speech and language models, and the evaluation work that decides whether a feature ships.

  • Design & planning

Product definition, scope and interface design, delivered as a fixed-fee engagement.

  • Something else?

Describe the requirement. Any application or product outside these services is scoped the same way.

How an engagement runs.

Three commercial shapes, each with its duration, billing basis and exclusions stated before work begins.

  • A named lead is accountable for each engagement, across design, engineering, QA and release.
  • Scope, estimate and risk register are written down before work begins.
  • The stack is chosen against the product and the team that will inherit it.
  • Monitoring, crash triage and store compliance are part of delivery.
How we work
  1. Discovery sprint

    2–3 weeks · Fixed fee

For a defined problem where the shape of the build is not yet known.

Fee is credited against a build engagement that starts within 90 days.

  2. Build engagement

    3–9 months · Monthly retainer

A dedicated team delivering working software in two-week increments.

Most engagements involve 2–5 people. Team size is agreed at the outset and changes only by agreement.

  3. Hold and improve

    Rolling · Monthly retainer

After launch, for products that must remain operational and continue to improve.

Cancellable with 30 days’ notice. No lock-in terms.

Request a proposal.

Submit the requirement and you will receive a written assessment, including an indicative estimate and the risks identified at this stage.
